How much does Belles Villas charge?
Belles Villas takes a 25% commission on rental income, with no subscription. Cleaning fees are charged to the guest for each stay. The commission covers professional photography, listing creation, dynamic pricing, guest verification, check-in and check-out, 7/7 guest assistance and professional cleaning. Only linen sets (+3%), the pool technician and the gardener are optional, on quote.
Where does Belles Villas operate?
Belles Villas manages villas in Provence and on the French Riviera, across six areas: the Aix-en-Provence area (Aix-en-Provence, Gardanne), the Gulf of Saint-Tropez (Grimaud, Roquebrune-sur-Argens), Cannes and its surroundings (Mougins, Pégomas), the Luberon (L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue), the Toulon area (Cassis, La Crau, Saint-Maximin-la-Sainte-Baume) and the Provence Verte (Cotignac, Salernes). We also operate around Avignon, Cavaillon, Salon-de-Provence, Uzès, Nice, Antibes and Villefranche-sur-Mer.

You receive a performance report every week.
Can I keep using my home?
Yes. You remain in control of your calendar: you tell us the periods you reserve for your personal use and we optimise rentals on the remaining dates. Your comfort always comes first.
How does the onboarding of my villa work?
In three steps. A first appointment to discuss your project, then a visit of the property to prepare your personalised free income estimate, followed by a professional photo shoot. We then create the listing and launch the rental: we manage stays day to day and send you a weekly performance report.
