Belles Villas takes a 25% commission on rental income, with no subscription. Cleaning fees are charged to the guest. Everything is included: professional photography, listings, dynamic pricing, guest verification, check-in and check-out, 7/7 assistance, professional cleaning, consumables and the welcome gift box. Refer a new client and save 10% on your management fees.
How do you optimise my prices and occupancy rate?
Our dynamic pricing relies on artificial intelligence technology that analyses market trends in real time and automatically adjusts your prices to maximise your income. Listings are created and optimised on the platforms (Airbnb, Booking), with photos taken by photographers specialised in luxury real estate.
Which services are included day to day?

How am I kept informed about my income?
