Can I rent out my main home only while I am away?
Yes, that is the whole idea. Your calendar stays 100% flexible: you tell us when you are away (holidays, business trips, weekends) and we rent out your home on those dates only. The rest of the time, the house remains yours.
How much does managing my main home cost?
Belles Villas takes a 25% commission on rental income, with no subscription. Cleaning fees are charged to the guest. The fee includes professional photography, listing creation, dynamic pricing, guest verification, check-in and check-out, 7/7 assistance, professional cleaning and the welcome gift box.
Who welcomes guests and handles cleaning between stays?
Every guest is welcomed by a member of our team and verified before booking. Cleaning is entrusted to professional providers selected for their high standards, with a detailed checklist and quality control at every intervention, plus high-end household linen.
What happens if a guest causes damage?
Incidents are very rare: we take deposits and every guest is selected after their profile has been verified. In case of an accident, you are also protected by Airbnb's cover (AirCover) and we handle all the procedures so that you are compensated quickly.
